Prices

At nextleveltraining.dk, we reserve the right to make errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change the prices based on the quality of the product without prior consent.

Payment

Nextleveltraining.dk accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, and Mastercard. The payment is deducted from your account immediately as you have immediate access to your product. All amounts are in DKK (Danish Kroner) and inclusive of VAT.

Delivery

nextleveltraining.dk delivers your ordered products as soon as your payment is received.

Warranty

As this is an online training program, there is no actual warranty as it is not a physical product that can break. If you get injured during your training program, there is a possibility to put it on hold, but it is an agreement that you make with the respective trainer. In general, you cannot suspend your program.

Refund

If a refund is applicable, please provide your bank details, including account number and sort code, so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided safely via email or any other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used to fulfill the refund.

Right of withdrawal

It is not possible to cancel your purchase as this is an online training and not a physical product that is being delivered.

Products exempt from the right of withdrawal

The following types of products are not included in the right of withdrawal: (Use what is relevant)

• Products that are customized or have been clearly personalized according to the consumer´s specifications.
• Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
• Products that, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.
• Products with broken seals.
• Non-financial services that have been initiated with the consumer´s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases once the service has been fully performed.
• Delivery of digital content that is not provided on a physical medium, if the execution has been initiated with the consumer´s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal will be lost.
• Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscription agreements for such publications.
• Agreements concluded at a public auction.
• Products that deteriorate or expire quickly.

Refund

If you cancel your purchase, you will naturally receive a refund of the amount you have paid to us. In case of any depreciation for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted. Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided documentation of having returned them, whichever comes first.
